Mainly focused on livestock and equine competitions, this 59,000 square feet fully conditioned arena provides spectators with a state of the art experience. The structural steel frame has a clear span of over 170’ and is supported with cast in place concrete footings connected with grade beams. Additionally, the seating is elevated behind a cast in place 4’ ring wall that houses the competitors on a natural ground floor. To provide convenient access for the public, there are separate security facilities, ticket booths, and restrooms constructed with concrete masonry unit (CMU) or wood stud load bearing walls that support wood roof trusses.
